Speaking from Brussels, the capital of Europe, Miguel Gallego, Head of Marketing for the European Travel Commission (ETC) took the time to thank travel agents for “helping so many people get to their homes in Canada and Europe” and “providing so much needed travel advice” during this difficult time. Although travel & tourism is facing its biggest challenge yet, Gallego is confident in the industry’s resilience and is looking forward to working with agents on building rebounding strategies together.
