Reservations Sales Associate position requires the following:

o Proven track record for exceptional communication skills
o Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and sales results
o Excellent work ethic: reliable, punctual, energized, positive;
o Knack to work with targets and deadlines
o Aptitude to probe for information and validate findings
o Team player, organized and self-motivated
o Able to work various shifts including days/evenings and weekends
o Travel Industry experience preferred and TICO certified
