MONTREAL — After a full year of renovations that totalled $30 million, Le Germain Hotel Montreal has reopened its doors with a top-to-bottom refresh.
Originally opened in 1999, the hotel now boasts updated hotel rooms, lobby, restaurant and meeting spaces, plus six new floors have been added to the top of the building, increasing the number of rooms from 101 to 136.
It new design was heavily inspired by Montreal’s most iconic years in the 1960s. New suites were designed in the same spirit, including a fully-equipped apartment suite located on the 18th floor featuring a terrace that overlooks downtown Montreal. The new floors also include a fitness centre equipped with intelligent stationary bikes and the ‘Mirror’ training mirror, a state-of-the-art amenity that allows personalized interactive training.
To host guests’ meetings and events, the hotel now offers three inspiring spaces, including a creative lounge featuring a Samsun Flip digital board that allows for manual notetaking and presentation projection.
Dining venues include Le Boulevardier restaurant, headed by renowned chef David Pellizzari, and Flâneur Bar Lounge in the lobby where guests can enjoy coffee, champagne and oysters.
To celebrate the grand reopening, the hotel is offering stays of two nights or more from Thursday to Sunday that also include a $50 credit for Le Boulevardier and complimentary parking. The offer is valid until April 13, 2020. For more details go to https://www.legermainhotels.com/en/montreal/offers/182/stay-2-nights-and-get-more.
