WAIKIKI — Just how epic was Flight Centre’s 2017 Global Gathering? U.S. President Bill Clinton could probably tell you.
The former POTUS was the surprise keynote speaker at the company’s annual conference, which took place in Waikiki, Hawaii from July 14-16 and welcomed about 3,000 Flight Centre employees from around the world. According to attendees, Clinton’s presentation was both “mesmerizing” and “solid”, reports KarryOn.

The Conference only got more exciting from there, if you can believe it. Sheraton Waikiki hosted free concerts headlined by international DJs Mark Ronson and Cory Live. Plus, the rumours about Duran Duran doing a surprise performance were actually true – the popular 80s band brought the house down with an epic concert on night two of the Conference.
Other highlights include a rousing cheerleading performance at breakfast one morning, a visit from Glee star and TV host Jane Lynch and a private beach party where employees proudly waved their country flags.
