TORONTO — Travel industry veteran Erin Oddleifson has joined VoX International to manage its new account with FLYGTA Airlines, along with other projects.

Most recently with Transat as Director of Marketing, Oddleifson has held senior management positions for various major tour operators, a list that also includes Canada 3000 and Signature Vacations.

Oddleifson will manage the FLYGTA Airlines account, working with the private jet operator to develop marketing plans and enhance travel trade outreach. She can be reached at Erin@voxinternational.com.

Travel advisors can go online to FLYGTA.com to book – and earn commission on – all the company’s scheduled flights and private charters. Agents will also soon be able to access FLYGTA’s services through GDS, the first private charter company to offer this option to the travel trade.

FLYGTA offers flights out of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) to 20+ Canadian, U.S., and Caribbean destinations. It also offers routes from an additional five locations across Ontario and Quebec, including Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).

In addition to private charters, FLYGTA also operates a popular air taxi service between YTZ and Niagara Falls, YTZ and Kingston, and to the Muskoka region through the summer.

FLYGTA Airlines’ private charters from YYZ (that service Florida, The Bahamas, and the Turks & Caicos Islands) and scheduled flights from YTZ can be booked online at FLYGTA.com. The private jet service was founded in Toronto in 2015.
