ORLANDO — Visit Orlando is updating its online training platform for travel advisors to include additional tools to boost their knowledge of the destination.
New features that will be rolling out this month on the Orlando Travel Academy, the destination’s premier e-learning platform, include launching in German on both web and mobile devices, as well as a new specialization module, ‘Value to VIP,’ an interactive chapter that focuses on experiences for every budget.
“The Orlando Travel Academy is a one-stop training tool where travel advisors can learn more about all aspects of Orlando, from theme parks and water parks to our award-winning dining scene and unique local neighbourhoods,” said Casandra Matej, president and CEO of Visit Orlando.
“As our destination continues to evolve and expand, our goal is to provide the best resources and tools to better support travel advisors and their clients’ personal needs and budgets,” she added.
Graduates of the program will be designated ‘Certified Orlando Experts’ upon completion and gain access to exclusive offers including:
