MIAMI — Bachelor Nation will get a behind-the-scenes look at Virgin Voyages’ new Valiant Lady on next week’s episode of ABC’s ‘The Bachelorette.’
The cruise line’s second ship, which made its debut in spring 2022, will host bachelorettes Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey and their group of suitors as they sail in the Mediterranean. The episode will air Monday, Aug. 1 at 8/7c on ABC.
During the episode, viewers will get a sneak peek of Gabby and Rachel’s massive suites designed by Tom Dixon and featuring an expansive outdoor deck, loungers for stargazing, a hot tub, Rockstar robes and a ‘peek-a-view’ showered with iridescent windows that look out to sea. The suites also feature glam stations and vinyl turntables.
The Manor, the ship’s signature nightclub that traces back to founder Richard Branson’s first Virgin music studio, also makes a special appearance, while Redemption Spa’s thermal suite and mud room double as a hangout for the guys. When not on dates, the men are free to enjoy the ship’s outdoor daybeds at The Dock, play air hockey at The Social Club and kick back at the Loose Cannon, reminiscent of British seaside bars.

Valiant Lady departs from Barcelona on a series of seven-night voyages to coastal destinations in Spain, France and Italy, each with an overnight stay in Ibiza. Scarlet Lady, Virgin Voyages’ first ship, sails out of Miami on four- and five-night trips through the Caribbean. The company’s third ship, Resilient Lady, will make its debut in Athens in May 2023, offering seven-night itineraries through the Greek Isles. Itineraries aboard Virgin Voyages’ fourth ship, Brilliant Lady, will be announced shortly.
Virgin Voyages is offering a special promotion starting Aug. 1, 2022, that includes ‘buy one Sailor and snag 50% off the voyage fare for a second Sailor.’ Solo travellers will also receive 50% off.
