LOS ANGELES — Viking has launched its new and improved Travel Advisor Portal, designed to provide the righttools and resources to sell its products.
The updated platform offers a suite of features to enhance the booking experience and streamline the marketing process, including marketing content, assets for building co-branded websites, and Viking’s popular Travel Advisor Academy.
The Travel Advisor Portal features several enhancements that allow advisors to do the following:
- Search multiple cruise types with intuitive filters to find itineraries by city, port, month or date range
- Find and book qualifying sailings with a new offer code search feature
- Sort bookings by upcoming payment deadlines with the new booking dashboard
- Search for a booking by guest name and filter by booking status
- Select from all stateroom categories with an interactive room selection
- Avoid calling the Viking Air Department to add Air Plus earlier in the booking process
- Download a PDF or print a quote for clients
