MONTEGO BAY — There’s more to savour and enjoy at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, which recently expanded its dining offerings with two new restaurants.
Part of the resort’s 5-Star Global Gourmet lineup, Spices and Bombay Club offer delicious meal options, from Pan-Caribbean favourites to authentic Indian fare. With the two new additions, guests can enjoy up to 20 different restaurants at both Sandals Royal Caribbean and the neighbouring Sandals Montego Bay, courtesy of Sandals’ exclusive exchange program between the two resorts.
Breakfast and an ever-changing daily lunch buffet with made-to-order options await at Spices, which also serves local fare infused with Caribbean spices at night. The restaurant is also where to enjoy a Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wine selection and premium liquors.
As Sandals’ exclusive Indian restaurant, Bombay Club features a unique collection of flavourful dishes such as Shrimp Pakoras and Butter Chicken, along with vegan and vegetarian options like the aloo gobhi and vegetable bullets.
Both restaurants meet the high standards of Sandals’ 5-Star Global Gourmet dining program, which not only leverages internationally trained chefs but also ensures that 90% of all food offerings are local sourced to create the most authentic meals.
