TravelBrands launches advanced Contact Centre solution

TORONTO — TravelBrands is doubling down on its commitment to providing travel advisors with better service, and it’s using technology to do it.

Launched in collaboration with Local Measure, the company has announced a state-of-the-art contact centre and telephony solution that will service thousands of travel advisors across Canada. By leveraging Local Measure Engage for Amazon Connect, TravelBrands will provide seamless inbound/outbound voice communication and CRM integration across the entire call centre.
