TORONTO — How does Travel Leaders Network reward its 2019 Elite Members? By taking them on a once-in-a-lifetime Alaska cruise.
The company, which awards 30 agencies among its Travel Leaders Network Affiliate Members with Elite membership each year, honoured this year’s lot with a seven-night cruise from Vancouver to Seward, Alaska aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Seven Seas Mariner.
During the trip, participants enjoyed memorable sightseeing in Ketchikan, Sitka, Juneau, Skagway and the magnificent Hubbard Glacier, while onboard they participated in business updates, supplier roundtables as well as special meals and receptions.
“We are proud to honour these Elite member agency owners for the outstanding success they have achieved within our network,” said Christine James, TL Network’s Vice President Canada. These recognition journeys celebrate the dedication and commitment our travel professionals consistently demonstrate each year and for their outstanding accomplishments. They are truly the best at what they do within our network, and we are delighted that they and their guests could join us for this very special journey.”
The cruise has garnered overwhelmingly positive feedback from participating members, including Mike Foster, President of Nexion Travel Group-Canada, who attended the Elite even for the second time.
“It was such an honour to have Nexion Travel Group-Canada selected as one of TL Network Canada’s representatives at this year’s event and represent our company among Canada’s top agencies,” he said. “It provides a unique opportunity to network with leadership of TL Network and some of the industry’s leading suppliers and agencies. The highlight for me was the opportunity to experience first-hand one of the top cruise lines in the world and the great destination of Alaska.”
