NEW YORK — Travel Leaders Network has welcomed Eva Damato as Senior Director, Luxury Lifestyle Marketing.

In her new role, Damato will be responsible for overall strategy and growth of the Luxury Leaders Alliance, Travel Leaders’ award-winning community for top-selling luxury sellers. She will also serve as an expert resource for luxury-focused suppliers and members, and advise the executive team on the latest luxury trends and issues.

Damato joins Travel Leaders Network from Seabourn Cruise Line, where she was Senior Manager of National & Strategic Accounts. Before Seabourn, she led the domestic leisure division at Discover the Palm Beaches and held various roles at the luxury hotel The Breakers Palm Beach.

Founded in 2021 as the first of Travel Leaders Network’s Leaders Alliance communities, the Luxury Leaders Alliance now boasts over 500 members who collectively produce nearly US$1 billion in luxury sales. Membership is by invitation only, requiring approval from Travel Leaders and a nomination from the agency owner. To be considered, individual advisors must have a minimum of $1 million in annual luxury sales along with other industry endorsements and Travel Leaders Network requirements.

In 2024, the Luxury Leaders Alliance hosted its inaugural International Luxury Forum in Croatia and offers exclusive events such as the Luxury Forum at the EDGE Conference, Virtual Meet & Greets, Fireside Chats with luxury supplier leaders, and participation in the upcoming Internova PLUS event at The Vinoy in St. Petersburg, FL. The Alliance also organizes advisor participation in top luxury trade events like ILTM, DUCO and Pure.
