TORONTO — Travel Edge has rewarded its Top Performers by gifting each one a multi-city trip to the destination of their choosing.
Considered an industry first, the company curated an exclusive list of luxury experiences, hosted by top brands, in France, Italy, Hawaii, the Caribbean and Germany. It then gave its leading advisors the chance to choose a trip to one of the destinations and travel there with a guest.
Nine of Travel Edge’s Top Performers chose Italy as their celebrated destination, where they visited Venice, Florence and Rome. They were accompanied by Michael Johnson, Travel Edge’s Executive Vice President, Michelle Leal, Vice President of Advisor Services, and Mary Kleen Director of Advisor Relationships.
“We take pride in celebrating our leading Luxury Advisors and rewarding them with these experiences,” said Johnson. “The Marriott International Luxury Brand showcased our Luxury Advisors a truly customized experience beneficial to their business, and therefore their clients. The Marriott International Luxury Brand was able to open doors to places few have ever seen, and now our advisors can use this experience to give more to their clients.”
In Venice, agents indulged in lunch on the Rooftop Restaurant la Terrazza at the Hotel Danieli and had dinner at the famed Gritti Palace. While in Florence, they enjoyed dinner at the Michelin-starred Winter Garden by Caino at The St. Regis Florence Hotel, embarked on a walking tour of the city, and had cocktails and dinner at the rooftop restaurant SE.STO on ARNO by the Westin Excelsior Florence. The group lived like royalty with an overnight stay at the St. Regis, Rome where they were treated to an expert-led shopping tour, an evening hotel champagne sabering ritual and farewell dinner at Lumen Cocktails & Cuisine.
Said Leal: “By celebrating our advisors with intimate curated experiences, they are able to experience the finest hotels, restaurants and experiences around the world. This is our way to say thank you for having the best Luxury Travel Advisors in the world.”
