TORONTO — Travel Edge Leisure’s top performers were treated to five days of fun and sun in Cabo, Mexico during the company’s annual Chairman’s Circle event.
Now in its fourth year, the invite-only affair took place at the adults-only Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort and welcomed travel agents from across Canada, the U.S. and Bermuda.
Guests were honoured during an awards ceremony and had the chance to mingle with preferred sponsor partners, participate in organized excursions through the Cabo region and enjoy some much-deserved time at leisure.
Pier Ragone, Vice President of Travel Edge Leisure, said the five-day event is a way for the company to put their top agents first.
“Hosting our top performers is a small token of appreciation to those advisors who have been dedicated and passionate about selling with Travel Edge over the past year,” he said. “Spending time together in Cabo was the ideal opportunity to connect on a more personal level and develop stronger ties with our advisor community.
Matthew Upchurch, CEO and Chairman of Virtuoso, was also in attendance as a special guest and addressed attendees at the welcome reception. He discussed the future of the travel industry and the great partnership that exists between Virtuoso and Travel Edge.
Travel Edge, which first started in 2011, specializes in Leisure, Corporate & Events, and Tours travel, and has nine Leisure offices in Canada, the U.S. and Bermuda and over 750 advisors specializing in air, cruise, vacation and VIP travel.
