MONTREAL — As part of its ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations, Transat is once again launching a one-day travel agent contest across Canada.
Every booking of a Transat product made today by midnight automatically earns agents a chance to win one of three trips for two people: one in Quebec, one in the Ontario-Atlantic region, and one in Western Canada. Winners will be drawn at random.
Each trip includes Air Transat flight in Economy and a one-week, all-inclusive stay in one of the following hotels: Grand Palladium Bavaro Suites Resort & Spa (Punta Cana, Dominican Republic); Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa (Lucea, Jamaica); and Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa (Riviera Nayarit, Mexico).
There is no need to register or fill out an entry ballot; contest entry is automatic as soon as a flight, package, tour or cruise package is booked during the day.
In addition, the names of two other travel agents per region who books a Transat product today will be drawn at random for $30 in Bonbon rewards. Winners’ names will be announced in the coming days.
April 4 holds extra significance for the tour operator. On this day six years ago, Air Transat won the Family Friendly Airline Award for the first time, a prize awarded to an air carrier for the quality of its services offered to children and their parents. Air Transat’s Kids Club recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, plus its Famili collection, launched a few years ago, helps families find the best package for their needs and interests.
Transat will draw a total of 30 trips this year among eligible travel agents in Canada. On one day each month, on a milestone date in Transat’s history, every booking agents make will earn them one chance to win.
