TORONTO — TourRadar has a new feature designed exclusively for travel agents: the FIT Inquiry Form.
Now available at travelagents.tourradar.com, the FIT Inquiry Form enables travel advisors to obtain quotes for an array of customized multi-day organized adventure products directly from thousands of operators through one platform.
The form eliminates the need for manual bundling of trips, including hotels, activities, meals, and transportation, “offering seamless experiences for agents and clients,” says the company.
Here’s how it works …
- Once logged in, travel agents create a FIT inquiry from the navigation menu and complete the form.
- Once the form has been submitted, TourRadar’s customer support team and operators create a personalized itinerary based on travel agent requests.
- Travel agents will be notified through TourRadar’s agent portal and their email with their personalized itineraries, which can then be booked for their clients.
“Through travel agent user interviews, we identified that missing FIT capabilities were a barrier preventing some agents from booking with the platform,” said Travis Pittman, CEO and Founder, TourRadar.
“In an effort to continue to enhance our platform and appeal to travel agents, we are introducing FIT to address a growing need in the industry.”
TourRadar connects travellers and travel agents with 2,500+ multi-day operators, offering 50,000+ adventures in more than 160 countries globally.
The site got its start as a B2C platform, however in 2021 TourRadar added B2B, opening up its offerings to travel advisors.
Pittman said TourRadar remains committed to providing innovative solutions that empower travel agents and enhance their booking experiences.
