TORONTO — Intrepid Travel wants to make it easier for travel advisors to take advantage of its agent discount program.

With that in mind, the B-Corp-certified adventure travel company has announced what it calls “a major overhaul” to the program, offering more savings and greater flexibility.

The vast majority of trips are now 50% off for agents – no matter the trip length or how far in advance the booking is made.

Previously this discount was reserved for last-minute bookings, with most agents receiving a 40% discount based on specific trip criteria.

These new discounts are our way of making it easier for agents to connect with our product, find inspiration, and offer their clients life-changing travel experiences.”

Here’s the complete list of updates …

•  50% discount on most trips for agents, regardless of duration or booking window
• Flexible payment terms: Agents can now secure their spot by paying only the deposit upfront, with final payment due 56 days before departure (in line with regular passenger terms)
• 25% discount on Short Break Adventures and Urban Adventures
• 20% companion discount for one travel companion joining the agent
• Additional 10% discount for children on family-themed T=trips (stacked on top of the existing 10% family discount)
