With 25 years of experience in the travel industry, Bauer brings expertise in business development, brand positioning, and strategic growth – key assets for PTM’s network of 35 independent advisors.
Bauer is well known for her leadership within the travel sector, having played a pivotal role in business transformations and market expansions at companies such as Envoyage, Independent by Flight Centre (IFC), Travel Professionals International (Trevello) and Ensemble Travel Group. Her extensive background in advisor engagement, revenue generation and operational efficiency further reinforces PTM’s commitment to supporting independent travel professionals.
