MISSISSAUGA — Hot off the press is Collette’s 2025 Explorations brochure featuring more than 50 small group tours on all seven continents.
In addition to the company’s most popular Explorations tours, the new brochure also includes a preview of tours set to debut in 2026, in destinations like Canada, South Africa, Arizona, Vietnam and Scandinavia.
According to Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, president & CEO of Collette, small-group Explorations tours have seen incredible growth from travel advisor partners and direct consumer bookings over the past four years.
“We’ve been designing small group journeys since 2008, crafting itineraries so travellers can experience destinations in more locally immersive ways that aren’t always possible with larger groups,” says Leibl-Cote. “These aren’t our Classic tours with a limit on group size. All Explorations’ itineraries are tailored specifically to take advantage of the lower number of travellers, which cap at 24 but typically average 19. This means more intimate excursions, boutique hotels and other unique accommodations, and diverse methods of local transportation.”
Travellers who’ve been on Explorations tours have ranked their experience as “excellent,” the survey’s highest rating, 78% of the time. The emphasis is put on a more relaxed pace, exploring less-travelled destinations within a region and engaging with local communities and culture. Plus, travellers can customize their experience with choice on tour and free time.
Some of the most popular Explorations tours include:
- Exploring New Zealand’s Wonders
- Exploring South Africa, Victoria Falls & Botswana
- Tuscan & Umbrian Countryside
- Costa Rica: A World of Nature
- Kingdoms of Southeast Asia
- Alaska’s Northern Lights
