MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations’ 2025 Europe Travel Agent Toolkit is now available, with an early booking bonus for clients, a gift card incentive for travel advisors, new-to-ACV cruise lines and more.
ACV is also gearing up for ‘Dream Bigger, See the World’ training events next month with its travel advisor partners, with dates in Toronto (Feb. 18), Vancouver (Feb. 19) and Montreal (Feb. 20). The informational sessions will showcase highlights of the 2025 product lineup and introduce new programs for Europe, with presentations by the ACV sales team.
This year’s Europe toolkit is a comprehensive resource designed to equip travel professionals with the tools, incentives, and support needed to deliver exceptional European travel experiences, said Erminia Gallina, ACV’s Director of Sales.

WHAT’S IN STORE FOR 2025
For 2025 ACV is offering 240+ tour packages in Europe, offering guided, self-guided, or partially guided experiences.
Flight & Hotel Packages provide flexible getaways with round-trip flights, seamless connections from over 60 Canadian airports, and accommodations, plus options to add activities, excursions, car rentals or transfers.
Flight & Cruise packages meanwhile feature 100+ itineraries. With exclusive Cruise Promise benefits, the Flight & Cruise packages include flexible booking options with no deposit required for flights, fully refundable flights and one complimentary name change up to 24 hours before departure.
Clients can secure their cruise with a deposit as low as $50 per person on select cruise lines. ACV’s Cruise Promise also guarantees the lowest airfare or a fly-free offer, along with the opportunity to earn Aeroplan points.
Ski packages offer winter getaways with flights, accommodations, ski lift tickets, and transfers, plus added benefits like a first checked bag and one carry-on included, and Aeroplan points. Pre- and post-stay options allow for extended trips with extra nights or activities.
Newly introduced tours in ACV’s multi-country tours collection include Porto, Prague and Naples. There are also expanded options in Denmark, Sweden and Iceland.

ACV also has a limited time incentive for travel advisors: a $50 Amazon gift card when booking a Europe tour package for clients, and Europe Flight & Hotel packages. The booking window for the incentive is Jan. 7 – Feb. 16, 2025, for travel April 1 – Dec. 31, 2025. ACV says all qualifying bookings will be tracked, and Amazon gift cards will be issued at the end of February.
