TORONTO — Two Toronto-based travel agents have been charged with operating as an agent without registration and will appear in court later this month.
According to TICO, Emmanuel Adjei was charged with seven counts of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to section 4(1)(a) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002. In a similar case, Dominic Daly was charged with three counts of operating as a travel agent without registration.
The first court appearances in both cases are scheduled for Nov. 16 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court.
