LONDON — Swan Hellenic has expanded its North America Sales and Marketing Team with two director-level appointments, both reporting directly to Joe Maloney, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North America.

Cheryl Topalian has been appointed Director of Operations, assuming responsibility for the overall management and strategic growth of the company’s reservations department and groups department.

Topalian has been in the industry for 30+ years, most recently at Atlas Ocean Voyages. Prior to Atlas, she held similar positions at Silversea for 21 years, and prior to that Royal Caribbean and Commodore Cruise Lines.

Rolf Logan has joined as Director of Group Sales, dedicated to the affinity group activities that complement Swan Hellenic’s trade initiatives.

Rolf is another long-time travel industry executive with 35+ years of experience, having held senior sales positions with Atlas, Hurtigruten, Delta Queen, Delta Vacations and Royal Caribbean, all with a strong focus on developing group business and maintaining relationships with the largest group producers.

Charles Newton, who has been the cornerstone of Swan Hellenic’s sales and service execution in North America since day one, has now moved to a more strategic customer support role as Director of Quality Control.
