LONDON — Today is the day of love, when couples around the world profess their love for one another with simple acts of kindness and big romantic gestures. For those who’ll be going down on bended knee this Valentine’s Day, may we interest you in a sparkly bauble from a vending machine?
London’s new Bankside hotel is offering lovestruck men and women to seal the deal with a ring from one of its cheeky machines that sell all sorts of emergency provisions, from wine and sparkly panties, to even engagement rings.
Created by ROKUS, a London-based jeweller, the gold-plated brass ring features a Labradorite stone in a classic six-claw setting that’s traditionally used for engagement rings, giving the piece a modern yet vintage look.
And the best part? The ring is adjustable, sure to fit the finger of any lucky guy or girl.
The Bankside Boutique vending machines are located on each guest floor, so guests won’t have to go far to put a ring on it.
No word as to how much the rings cost, but we’re guessing they can’t cost much more than the sparkly panties.
