CANCUN — Nearly three years after signing their blockbuster deal, Sunwing Travel Group and Planet Hollywood Hotels and Resorts will soon open another property – Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Cancun.

Located just north of Cancun’s Hotel Zone in the exclusive resort enclave of Costa Mujeres, the all-inclusive resort is set to open its doors on Jan. 29, 2021 with 13 dining options, 11 bars and cafes, four pools, a lazy river and Jurassic Splash Park, a PUMPED Fitness Center, Star Kids Club, Planet Play and PH Spa.

Other star-quality offerings include Hollywood memorabilia from 40 cult classics, a range of PH Experiences and PH Attractions, as well as Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun, the brand’s first-ever, adults-only ‘resort-within-a-resort’ concept featuring an exclusive pool and beach areas, specialty restaurants and preferred accommodations.

The opening of Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Cancun follows the 2018 debut of Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Costa Rica in the Guanacaste region. The 294-suite property marked the first-ever all-inclusive resort by the Planet Hollywood brand.
