TORONTO — Sunwing is steadily ramping up its winter 2020-2021 schedule with the addition of Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary departures to some of the most popular sun destinations in Mexico.
Sunwing restarted sun flights with Sunwing Airlines on Nov. 6. Currently Sunwing offers service out of Toronto and Montreal, and destinations include Punta Cana, Jamaica and Cancun.
With the new Western Canada flights Sunwing is broadening its network of gateways across Canada, with an eye to giving Canadian travellers a robust selection of winter sun options during these challenging times.

The initial program from Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary will operate to selected destinations for the winter season using a combination of seats contracted from third party carriers as well as Sunwing Airlines.
Flights will depart from Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton to Cancun on Saturdays starting Jan. 9, 2021, with additional flight service from Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán on Saturdays taking off Dec. 26, 2020.

A 7-night stay at Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa in a Luxury Junior Suite departing on January 9, 2021, from Calgary, Edmonton or Vancouver starts at $1,525 per person. Other options include a 7-night stay at Riu Emerald Bay in Mazatlan from $1,335 per person out of Edmonton, departing Jan. 2. All prices include taxes and are based on double occupancy.
