TORONTO — Sunwing has launched its new Sunwing Café onboard menu developed in partnership with Food Network Canada Celebrity Chef, Lynn Crawford.

The new menu includes a range of high-quality light meals and snacks and feature dishes inspired by Chef Crawford. For breakfast, there’s honey Dijon peameal bacon on a kaiser topped with onion marmalade and grainy mustard aioli.

Lunch and dinner choices include slow-cooked beef short ribs served with herb roasted fingerling potatoes, heirloom carrots, double smoked bacon, pearl onions and Bourguignon sauce and baked pasta with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and jalapeno jack cheese, lemon ricotta and tomato basil sauce.

Additional options include a margherita pizza, a tapas box and a range of beverages. The Kidcations snack box is designed for younger travellers, with fun and healthy snacks.
