Residents of the Greater Toronto Area woke up to snow this morning after a weekend of warmer weather. Forecasters are calling for another 5-10 cms by this afternoon, which is causing flight cancellations and delays at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
According to flightaware.com, Toronto Pearson International Airport has cancelled 21 flights, while another 41 flights have been delayed as of 10am — but the numbers continue to climb.
