TORONTO — Fresh off its best month ever for Canadian visitation, the Cayman Islands has launched its Summer Only In Cayman campaign, featuring savings of up to 40% off on accommodations.
According to the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, a total of 4,567 Canadian visitors were recorded in February 2019, making it the best month in recorded history.
With the Islands just a flight away from Canada, summer is the best time to visit, says the Department. Both Air Canada and WestJet offer twice weekly, nonstop, four-hour flights from Toronto to Grand Cayman, as well as easy connections from Canadian gateways. Packages are also available through Air Canada Vacations and WestJet Vacations.
The limited-time Summer Only in Cayman campaign, which is available to book until June 30, 2019 for travel between April and Dec. 19, 2019, includes special offers on airfare, accommodations, watersports, dining and more.
