TORONTO — Ensemble’s 2023 calendar has filled up fast, with newly branded annual events that will recognize and celebrate its top performers. 

The series of events, of which the new names and focus for each were first revealed in October, is part of a transformation to create a new consortium model for the company. This includes the integration of new proprietary technology, ADX, new marketing resources and programs, new print and digital publications, and advanced training and development programs.

On the new events, Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble, said: “Ensemble’s community is a core strength and the ability to share best practices and learn about tools designed to increase member efficiency and profitability is key to Ensemble’s vision of transforming agency margins.”

The year’s pinnacle event for top performers, Ensemble Beyond, will take place Aug. 1-8 in partnership with Explora Journeys, a preferred partner of Ensemble. The Beyond trip will be on one of Explora’s very first journeys following its inaugural voyage, giving top performers one of the first chances to experience the new product firsthand.

Other notable events scheduled for 2023 include the following:

• Ensemble Summit: Taking place from June 4-7 at the Forbes Five-Star Stein Eriksen Lodge in Utah, this event will host agency management and senior partner leaders and will focus on business building and collaboration.
• Ensemble Uncharted: This immersive virtual event on April 26 will allow owners, managers and travel advisors to learn brand and destination updates from Ensemble partners.
• Ensemble Horizons: The year’s events will culminate with this gathering of the entire Ensemble community, set to take place from Nov. 2-6 at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The conference builds upon the huge success of the first Horizons event in October 2022.
