FRAMINGHAM — The Travel Institute’s 4th annual ‘Season of Savings’ promotion is in full swing, offering savings and training opportunities for travel agents.
This year’s promo is built around three elements – Membership, Certification and Specialization – all tied together by the common thread of education, said Diane Petras, CTIE, president.
“Each week in December, you’ll see significant savings from The Travel Institute that allow you to buy a gift of education for yourself, ensuring your knowledge is current and that you are offering your clients the efficiency, knowledge and insight needed to make sound travel recommendations in the year ahead. In other words, improving your skills now and then delivering on your ‘image of difference’ in the coming year,” she said.
Here’s the full lineup of savings:
- 29-Dec. 9: $30 off Premium Membership
- 10-16: $100 off Certified Travel Associate (CTA) program; $200 off Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)/Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) programs
- 17-23: 30% off Destination Specialist and Lifestyle Specialist courses
- 24-31: 15% off all products and programs
In addition, five free webinars will be offered live during the 2018 Season of Savings, with topics ranging from social marketing and time management, to specialization, membership and new to the industry. Advanced registration is required.
The weekly Hot Tip Tuesday and Friday Five Blog e-communications will also focus on membership, certification and specialization during December.
