TORONTO — The new Sandals Virtual Wedding Planning Experience gets Sandals Resorts wedding planners and guests face-to-face – via the Internet – during the crucial wedding planning phase.
The system is 100% web-based, without the need for any end-user downloads, and includes video and audio conferencing, chat, share screen, and share media, plus allows multiple people to be part of the same interactive consultation call.
“We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of convenience and services to couples who are planning their wedding at Sandals,” says Marsha-Ann Brown, Director of Romance, Sandals Resorts. “With our new virtual wedding planning experience, planning a wedding at Sandals will be even more convenient for guests, and they’ll be able to speak face to face with their planner, making it a more personal and interactive process.”
When asked what they liked most about the experience, guest responses included being able to “meet” and speak face to face with their wedding planner, seeing the selections and exactly what the wedding planner is talking about, and the efficiency of the experience.
