TORONTO — Royal Scenic together with Japan Airlines recently organized a luxurious fam trip to Thailand for its Certified Asia Specialist agents. The trip included accommodation at five-star hotels and resorts in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Krabi.
In Bangkok, the group explored the city by tuk tuk and got a taste of the local street food, and visited bustling markets and the first Michelin-starred street food vendor.
The group then travelled to Chiang Mai and the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. The group also visited a cooking school and prepared a three-course meal and an authentic Thai dessert.
The final leg of the trip was Krabi where agents spent the day soaking and swimming in the natural hot spring and the crystal waters of the Emerald Pool. There was also a hike to Buddhist Tiger Cave Temple.
Royal Scenic says: “All participants rated the trip as a great success and were showcased the uniqueness of each destination, the wonderful culture and the Thai people. They all agree that it will be a lot easier to promote Thailand to their clients now that they have had the chance to experience it for themselves.”
