TORONTO — Exodus Travels has appointed Katy Rockett to Managing Director – North America, effective immediately.

In the past two years, Exodus has seen considerable growth in the U.S. and Canadian markets after Rockett helped spearhead the UK’s leading adventure tour operator’s expansion into the U.S. and Canadian markets, opening Exodus’ first dedicated North American office in Toronto in 2014.

A key priority will continue to be developing strong relationships with travel advisors while making it easy and fun for them to share Exodus’ 600+ affordable and innovative hiking, cycling, cultural and responsible wildlife tours in more than 100 countries worldwide with their clients, said the company.

Rockett entered the travel industry as a marketing intern for Intrepid Travel. She was quickly promoted to Marketing and PR Specialist before moving to the Intrepid Group as Marketing Manager and later joining Exodus Travels in 2014.
