FORT LAUDERDALE — Riviera River Cruises is extending its at-par incentive on its European river cruises for an additional month.
The river cruise line will continue accepting bookings for 2023 departures in Canadian dollars equivalent to prices listed in USD through the end of July, providing significant savings through the exchange rate.
The at-part incentive had been set to expire at the end of June.
“Booking in Canadian dollars at par with US prices remains a great way to save on a cruise with Riviera, so we’re extending our incentive for another month, through the end of July,” said Marilyn Conroy, Riviera River Cruises’ Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, North America.
“For Canadian travel advisors whose clients are still considering European travel this year, now is the perfect time to take advantage of the exchange rate and sail the Rhine, Danube, Rhône, Douro or another river this summer or fall,” she added.
Details of the incentive include:
- Book in CAD equivalent to prices listed in USD; savings are based on exchange rate at the time final payment is applied
- Valid on new bookings of 2023 departures made through July 31, 2023
- Not valid for single-occupancy cabins, and solo traveler and holiday season cruises excluded
- Available exclusively to Canadian travel advisors
With the at-part incentive, for example, a Blue Danube river cruise with a price of US$2,929 per person booked at Can$2,929 results in savings of about US$714, or Can$944 based on the exchange rate on June 30.
Riviera River Cruises offers a total of 20 itineraries on 10 European rivers and waterways throughout the year, including exclusive departures for solo travellers with no single supplement and holiday season cruises.
