Reservations open for AmaWaterways’ 2024 ‘Seven River Journeys, Spring & Summer Editions

CALABASAS, CA — Bookings have opened for AmaWaterways’ history-making 2024 ‘Seven River Journey – Spring and Summer Editions,’ its longest journeys yet with 49 nights spent onboard the AmaMora.

The itineraries, says Kristin Karst, executive vice president and co-founder of AmaWaterways, will give guests the chance to sail the complete length of the Rhine and Danube rivers, including, for the first time, the seldom-visited Danube Delta region that leads to the Black Sea. A total of seven days will be spent exploring the Danube Delta, allowing guests to visit six towns and attend a special folklore event in the new port of Giurgiulesti, Moldova.

“Since the debut of our Seven River Journeys in 2021, we have received tremendous demand from travellers who are looking to spend extra time immersing themselves in beautiful destinations throughout Europe,” said Karst. “With the widespread popularity of these immersive longer itineraries, we are thrilled to announce that the 2024 Spring and Summer Editions showcase enriching itineraries onboard a single, award-winning ship, making it easy for guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the unparalleled experience of cruising seamlessly between the North Sea and the Black Sea, visiting the historical sites and rich culture of the 15 countries in between.”

‘Seven River Journey: Spring 2024 Edition’ embarks on April 22, 2024 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and disembarks June 10, 2024 in Giurgiu, Romania, exploring 15 fascinating European countries while gliding along legendary rivers and canals.

‘Seven River Journey: Summer 2024 Edition’ is the reverse journey of AmaMora, beginning on June 10, 2024 in Giurgiu, Romania and ending on July 29, 2024 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Guests will sail the complete length of the Danube before passing through the history-making Main-Danube Canal onto the Rhine, Main, Moselle rivers and finally the Scheldt, Maas and Waal waterways of the Netherlands and Belgium.

In addition to fine dining and hand-selected wines, both journeys will include complimentary gratuities onboard and ashore; a variety of new small group excursions; complimentary laundry services; commemorative gifts; and a dedicated Cruise Manager. Onboard, guests will enjoy spacious staterooms featuring AmaWaterways’ signature twin balconies, a Sun Deck, pool with swimup bar, a fitness room, complimentary bicycles and daily entertainment including cultural performances.
