TORONTO — Travelweek’s new monthly webinar series, launched in partnership with TravelBrands, continues this Wednesday with a focus on Customer Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPTs).

Launched in February 2024, the free monthly, year-long webinar series, ‘Unleashing AI’s Potential for Travel Agents,’ is designed to provide travel advisors with in-depth knowledge of how to set up and use the latest artificial intelligence (AI) tools. 

This week’s session, scheduled for April 10 at 1:00 p.m. EST, will delve into the creation and application of Custom GPTs, a tool that’s proving to be invaluable for travel advisors and the travel sector.

According to Travelweek Publisher Devin Kinasz, this week’s webinar will guide agents on how to refine these models with data unique to their agencies, enabling personalized and highly relevant responses to their business challenges.
