6TORONTO — Registration has opened for the second virtual Family Travel Xpo, set to take place on March 3.

Hosted by XpoPRO Mobile Events, a division of TravPRO Mobile, the event will feature international destinations and suppliers on a virtual exhibition floor, as well as in-depth trainings, breakout sessions, a family fun centre with trivia, as well as prize giveaways including $1,000 gift cards.

According to XpoPRO Vice President Dean Jacobberger, there is huge pent-up demand for family travel now that children five years of age and older are able to get a COVID-19 vaccine, destinations around the world are reopening, and family budgets have ballooned throughout the pandemic.

“After two years of holding, postponing, downsizing or relocation their vacation, families are now eager to go on their dream vacation, making the most of it,” he says. “We are looking forward to providing advisors with valuable content curated by industry experts and helping them build the connections they need to create their client’s itineraries.”

The Xpo, sponsored by BabyQuip, is free for travel advisors to attend. It will take place on March 3 from 12-4 p.m. ET / 9 a.m.-1 p.m. PT.

All the content and exhibitor showcases can be shared directly with clients on social media or email. The event will remain on-demand for 30 days. The first Family Travel Xpo took place in June 2021 with over 1,000 registered attendees.
