MISSISSAUGA — A former Transat Distribution Canada executive has joined Red Label Vacations as its new Director of E-commerce and Marketing for its retail divisions.

Marni Otis, who previously served as TDC’s director of marketing for five years, is now responsible for RLV’s strategy, development and execution of marketing, communication and customer retention programs for retail brands. She will oversee the retail websites and collaborate with partners and teams to ensure a positive user experience and greater revenue potential.

Dianne Jackson, vice president of retail, RLV, said, “Marni has a distinguished career in the travel industry and related experience to this role, making her a perfect fit. Her creative nature, strategic planning and understanding of customer retention will help her thrive in this role.
