TORONTO – The Travel Agent Next Door has added several new members to its team as a result of rapid expansion of the host agency’s network of travel agents.

“Our network is growing rapidly and we are in talks with many more agents,” says company founder Flemming Friisdahl. “One of our key strategies is to fully support our agents and we have recently added several new people to ensure our service levels are maintained.”

Shean Carmichael has joined the TTAND team as Marketing Coordinator, responsible for all day-to-day marketing activities, in addition to website development, social media, marketing campaigns and agent newsletters.

Vivian Imrisek, Accounting Associate, is responsible for posting supplier commissions and assisting agents with inquiries and accounting support.

Elish Tait, Travel Agent Coordinator, facilitates new agents who have joined The Travel Agent Next Door, guiding them through the set-up process and ensuring they are signed up for the various tools and resources they will need.

Evita Xu, Accounting Associate, is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations, credit card transaction clearing, billing of fees and month-end postings.

And finally Cheryl Green, Talent Development Support, is responsible for training and supporting new agents.
