TORONTO — Rail Europe Inc., the largest distributor of European rail products in North America, has just launched a totally revised version of its European rail expert course and exam, which is called TRAC: The Rail Agent Course.

Plus, there are two new modules, one specific to rail in Switzerland and one specific to rail in France.

Rail Europe’s TRAC modules provide online course material and certification exams that agents can study at their own pace. Agents will study the best products to suit their clients’ needs, review rail maps and learn more about Rail Europe’s unique agent tools and resources.

Upon successful completion of Rail Europe’s TRAC, ACTA awards eight CEUs (also known as credits toward being a Certified Travel Counsellor) on the European Rail Module and four CEUs (credits) each on France and Switzerland Modules.
