MISSISSAUGA — After being charged by TICO, Mark Williams pleaded guilty to one count of operating as a travel agent without being registered.

Williams was fined $8,750, inclusive of a victim surcharge.

Williams was also sentenced to a two-year probation.

As noted in the posting, “TICO prosecutes unregistered companies and individuals to maintain the integrity of Ontario’s travel marketplace and ensure consumers are confident purchasing travel from registered professionals.”
