TORONTO — Planet Hollywood Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort has officially entered the metaverse with new 3D mapping of its entire property.

The resort, managed by Blue Diamond Resorts, is one of the first resorts of its kind to be completely mapped in 3D scenarios, thus enhancing the guest journey even before their trip. The virtual experience gives guests the chance to move around and get to know each space of the property, including neighbouring hotel Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only.

3D renderings of these family and adults-only properties include six aerial views, lobby experiences, 19 restaurants and bars, and all the amenities like the movie theatre, mini golf, the Planet Play indoor trampoline park and beachfront pools. Additionally, clients can view Meetings & Events spaces and choose between the different setups in the three available breakout rooms or separate the main ballroom into multiple spaces according to their needs.

The 3D mapping complements a wide range of technological innovations by Blue Diamond Resorts, including its All-In Connectivity and Plugged In features, as well as its most recent Above & Beyond video campaign where the pre-arrival guest experience is being enhanced by using first-person view (FPV) technology.
