TORONTO – Ensemble Travel Group has announced that Jerome Jimeno is its new Business Development Director, Western Region, which includes the provinces of Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Alberta and Northwest Territory.

“The role of the business development director is to help our members grow their business within the industry and our organization. They are an ‘extended arm’ to an agency’s management team,” said Ensemble’s Don Kennedy, vice president, business development. “Jerome’s business acumen will provide members with clear and forward thinking of where they can shift their business and maximize their overall growth.”

Prior to his new role, Jimeno was a sales account executive, Western Canada for Philippine Airlines, where he was involved in the launch of the Vancouver to New York market. In this capacity, he was instrumental in growing the airline’s business with non-IATA agencies and building upon these new contacts.

Jimeno is based in Richmond, BC.
