Fernando L. Florian

MIAMI — Expedition cruise specialist Australis North America is expanding its sales force in the Canadian market with the appointment of Fernando L. Florian to the new role of Sales Representative for Western Canada and Quebec.

Florian brings with him 15 years of experience in hospitality and tourism sales and marketing in both Canada and the Caribbean. He has worked in major segments of the travel industry, including incentives, retail agents, adventure and high-end products.

Florian’s appointment is in line with the company’s efforts to generate awareness and sales growth in Canada. Australis North America is known for its intimate cruises through Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego where passengers view glaciers, penguins, elephant seals and many exotic birds. In addition to small-group excursions, passengers enjoy daily lectures on the ship and on land, as well as cabins with outside views and all-inclusive meals.
