LONDON — The Leading Hotels of the World has welcomed its newest member to its portfolio: the ultra-luxe Paradisus Los Cabos.
The all-inclusive beachfront property is Paradisus by Meliá’s fourth hotel in Mexico, opening in December 2016 following a multi-million-dollar renovation. Located 25 minutes from San Jose del Cabo International Airport on one of the few swimmable beaches in the Cabo corridor, the resort features 350 guestrooms including 98 Royal Service Suites with butler service, 30 Family Concierge Suites, and 28 Ocean View Swim-up Suites. The resort also offers adults-only Royal Service.
Other amenities include four swimming pools, seven bars and seven restaurants, plus one of the largest Convention Centers in the destination with over 13,500 square feet of meeting space. There’s also a signature wine cellar, a two-storey beach club with rooftop terrace, 24-hour room service, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and the signature YHI Spa featuring a ludic pool and fitness centre.
The Leading Hotels of the World is one of the largest luxury hotel collections globally, comprising more than 400 properties in 80 countries. Only the world’s most distinguished hotels are awarded the collection’s prestigious status, which speaks to the level of excellence at Paradisus Los Cabos.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Paradisus Los Cabos to our portfolio of independent, luxury hotels,” said Deniz Omurgonulsen, VP, Membership, The Leading Hotels of the World. “This meticulously reconstructed property is part of the successful redevelopment story of the vibrant destination of Los Cabos. The hotel offers a perfect beach escape, complemented by uncommon culinary, cultural and nature experiences for Leading Hotels’ curious travellers.”
