MIAMI — There’s plenty more to savour and enjoy at Palace Resorts, which has unveiled several new additions to its culinary offerings.
At the Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, guests can now enjoy an ultra-glam, adults-only speakeasy called The Library, considered the first of its kind in the region. Inspired by the roaring 20s, The Library boasts a secret entrance, behind library shelves, beyond which guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails including the ‘Al Capone’, a delicious chocolate martini with hazelnut and cinnamon.
Moon Palace Cancun has also welcomed the brand’s first Indian restaurant, Agra, featuring dishes such as vegetable samosas, murgh tikka masala and lamb roganosh. Guests can also enjoy sweet Indian desserts including gulad jamun and pistachio kulfi.
In addition, Palace Resorts has partnered with Robert Mondavi to enhance its wine offerings. All Palace Resorts properties will now feature Mondavi wines at all restaurants, as well as in every guestroom. Considered one of the leading American namesake wineries since 1966, the Mondavi brand produces some of the finest Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the world.
“As a brand, we are always looking for ways to exceed the guest experience within our culinary offerings,” said Jabib Chapur, Vice President of Food & Beverage for Palace Resorts. “From our exclusive partnerships with Certified Angus Beef, and world-renowned pastry chef Antonio Bachour, to our newest partnership with American winery Robert Mondavi, these partnerships exemplify our commitment consistently elevating the gourmet offerings across all of our properties.”
