TORONTO — Esterlina Coyant, Mirta Zamora and Amigo Travel Ltd. have been charged under section 31(1) (c) of the Travel Industry Act, 2002 with 15 counts each of failing to properly maintain trust accounting contrary to section 27 of Ontario Regulation 26/05 made under the Act.

Amigo Travel Ltd. operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario.

The first court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 11, 2014 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice, 70 Centre Avenue, Toronto, Courtroom C6.
