Ocean Eden Bay opens in Jamaica

TRELAWNY, JAMAICA — H10 Hotels has opened its second hotel in Jamaica, right next to its Ocean Coral Spring resort that opened in late 2019.

Named Ocean Eden Bay, the newly built, five-star resort is adults only and is situated on the seafront at Coral Spring. It marks the company’s seventh property in the Caribbean: three in the Riviera Maya, two in Punta Cana, and two in Jamaica. All have five stars and enjoy seafront locations.

Ocean Eden Bay features 444 rooms and modern facilities, including six restaurants, four bars, a modern swimming pool overlooking the sea, a Jacuzzi and a private beach area with sun loungers.

  • Suites: All suites are equipped with a Smart TV with international channels, minibar, in-room safe, coffee machine, climate control system and a fully-equipped bathroom with whirlpool and rain shower. There are Junior Suites, Swim-Up Junior Suites, Rooftop Junior Suites, Master Suites and Privilege Suites, including the Privilege Junior Suites and the privilege Rooftop Master Suites to choose from.
  • Privilege & Exclusive Rooms: Guests enjoying Privilege service, Exclusive Rooms and Services will stay in Privilege Junior Suites, Privilege Master Suites and Privilege Rooftop Master Suites, and have exclusive access to the Privilege Lounge featuring concierge service, computers with Internet access, top brand drinks, snacks and aperitifs. They will also enjoy à la carte Privilege Restaurant and an exclusive area on the beach with sun loungers and Balinese beds.
  • Despacio Spa Centre: This wellness area features an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. The centre also offers massage services, facial and body treatments, a hairdresser and a 24-hour gym.
  • Activities: Ocean Eden Bay offers a full program of Blue Team activities for those aged 18 and over. During their stay, guests can enjoy sporting activities at the two tennis courts and multi-sports court, on the hotel’s beach and at the Dive It! diving centre. In the evenings, they can try their luck at the unique bowling alley at Ocean Coral Spring, or enjoy live music and shows.
  • Special Events: The hotel complex features four meeting rooms with movable partitions to create a large room measuring 840 square metres and accommodating up to 800 people. There’s also idyllic outdoor space with sea views, complimentary Wi-Fi in all facilities, an Internet Corner and a car park that’s free for guests.
  • Safety: To guarantee a safe stay, the hotel will apply all established safety and hygiene measures based on the company’s Safety Program protocol. It will be COVID-19 Hygiene Response-certified by the external consultant Preverisk Group.
