TORONTO — Nominations for one wholesale registrant position on the TICO Board of Directors must be received by April 25.

The letter inviting nominations and nomination forms were sent to all TICO registrants in February of 2014. TICO is encouraging all registrants to submit their nomination forms and supporting documentation to TICO no later than 5 p.m. Eastern Time on the deadline date.

Ballots will then be sent to Member Registrants and the results will be announced at TICO’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on June 24 at 4 p.m. at the Toronto Congress Centre.

“Industry representation is very important on the Board of Directors,” said Michael Pepper, TICO President and CEO. “I would like to encourage registrants who wish to participate on the TICO Board to submit nomination forms.”
