TORONTO — Exclusive Tours has named Luisa Dizon as Branch Manager, a new role added to focus on client care.

Exclusive Tours says it’s focusing on its investment in people, and with the new role of Branch Manager, the expectation is to create stronger industry ties and elevated and personalized client service.

In her new role as Branch Manager, Dizon will be responsible for overall agent outreach, working with agents to find the best small ship cruise for their customers. She will also be helping to steward the overall strategy around marketing and sales for the Exclusive Tours brand. Dizon brings 14+ years of experience in the travel industry to the new role, in various capacities within business development and marketing for large brands. “I am so excited to be part of Exclusive Tours and the Merit Family,” she says. “This new role will allow me to tie all my industry experience together and use it to drive the Exclusive Tours brand and business forward with the support of a strong, passionate team.
